How to search?
Searching the products in the Spirit Shop is very easy. You can find the products that interest you by:
1. Choosing from list, placed on the right side of the screen. The list includes all products offered by us, sorted by number.

2. Choosing from the "Choose application" list.

3. The precise search engine.

The search engine penetrates character sequence in the code of the product, its name and description. If you do not know the exact code or name of the searched product, there is no use in typing sequences consisting of many characters or numbers in the search field. The more characters you type, the better search results you will receive, a single mistake however [e.g. typing 0 [zero] instead of O [O capital letter] will not let you find the desired product. The best way to search is to type short and exact character sequences, additionally reducing the names of inflectional endings, and replacing them with "%" (percent). Individual words must be separated with a space.
How to buy?
To become a customer of our e-shop you just have to fill in and send a free registration form. After verification, we will send your personal, secret entry code to you, that will allow you to shop online. If you are a registered customer, and already have acquired your own unique login and password, you should log in before you start shopping, here:

After you have logged in, you will be able to get information about special prices, promotions and other improvements made especially for you.
Unregistered (or not logged in) customers can see the prices, add products to the online shopping cart, and send us order together with registration form, however, they will not get an information about improvements made exclusively for them.
Choosing the right product
Buying in our SPIRIT e-shop is easy and intuitive. Shopping is basically adding the products to your online shopping cart. Associated with every product is a mini-form. Please type the quantities and press "add to shopping cart" button:

Every time you add the product to your shopping cart, you will see the its contents — you can remove each item, change its quantity, continue shopping or confirm order data here.
Order confirmation
After you have finished shopping, check the contents of your cart and press "Confirm order" button. You will see the product list again - without possibility of editing at this stage, and information about delivery costs.
To reconfirm and accept the order press the "Send order" button - all information about your order is being sent to the e-shop operator, who, in shortest possible time, will prepare your products or contact you in case any doubts occur.
Delivery
Customers from the EU
All ordered and available products will be shipped the following working day at the latest. In case the ordered product has run out, we will ship it after refilling our stock [you will not have to wait for the available products - such will be shipped immediately]. Of course you may wish to suspend shipment until we have completed all the products you ordered.
Companies
For all orders from EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom, all we need is a confirmed VAT/turnover tax identification number. You will become invoice with zero VAT value. No more arduous customs clearance, just an invoice!
Private customers
You will get our products delivered directly to your address (in such case, the assortment purchased shall be taxed with 22% VAT according to the Polish rate).
Our offer is ex-works to be retrieved at our depot centre in Swadzim/Poznan, Poland. When finalizing order, the customer chooses payment and delivery type. Please select the suitable option in the online questionnaire:

If you wish to trust us the consignment of orders exceeding weight of 31,5 kg or export deliveries you will be informed as to its cost in advance. Should you not accept it, you will have the right to cancel your order. Although the choice of delivery type depends on the size and weight of the shipment ordered, we always choose in the very favour of our customers.
We do not charge any additional fees - you pay only for the goods and their transport. In case the customer refuses to accept the shipped product(s) without claiming a substantial reason, the goods will be transported back to our depot, and the purchaser will be charged with all costs of preparing the shipment and transportation.
Customers from outside of the EU
All ordered and available products will be shipped the following working day at the latest. In case the ordered product has run out, we will ship it after refilling our stock [you will not have to wait for the available products - such will be shipped immediately]. Of course you may wish to suspend shipment until we have completed all the products you ordered. The ordered goods undergo your country's clearance and tax regulations. Because of the high cost of export procedures, orders from abroad (out of the EU) must exceed 500 EUR in value to be realised.
Our offer is ex-works, Swadzim/Poznan Poland. If you wish to trust us the consignment of orders you will be informed as to its cost in advance. Should you not accept it, you will have the right to cancel your order. Although the choice of delivery type depends on the size and weight of the shipment ordered, we always make efforts and choose the customer's optimum.

Customers from Poland
All ordered and available products will be shipped the following working day. In case the ordered product has run out - we will ship it after refilling our stock (you won't have to wait for the available products - such will be shipped immediately).
Within Poland all goods of over 500 PLN net value are delivered free of charge.
Deliveries in Poland are realized with the Polish Post or a courier forwarder, depending on the parcel's character and parameters. The cost of parcels' delivery to every place in Poland, including insurance and pay on delivery costs, amounts to:
12 PLN + VAT
Shipment costs are automatically invoiced as a separate position and therefore invoice gross value equals the value of pay on delivery.
We do not charge you with any additional fees - you pay only for the goods and their transport. In case you don't pick up shipped product(s) [unjustified] - they will go back to Strima Sp. z o.o. and you will be charged for preparing the shipment and transport.
You make the choice of delivery type [by choosing an appropriate option] when finalising shopping. There's also a possibility of direct reception.

Price policy
In Spirit shop you see the prices with no tax included, VAT tax is added in your cart. Export invoices and invoices for EU customers (those having valid VAT/turnover tax identification no.) include 0% VAT. We can guarantee that all orders that we get through the Internet will be realised for the prices given during the order process, no matter how big the current stock quantities are. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to cancelling a transaction in case the price given on the website is wrong [from technical reasons] and a customer will not accept its proper value. Any costs resulting from such situations will not concern a customer.
Payment
International customers
You have the following options:

Customers from Poland
- payment on delivery
- cash at personal reception
- other methods previously settled with us, e.g. transfer in advance or after the shipment (concerns only those customers having cooperated with us for minimum few months)

Right to return the product
Every customer has a right to resign from the ordered products - provided that they would be returned to us within 2 weeks [unused and undamaged] together with their original packaging and document of sale. In such case we will give your money back to you - in cash or by transfer on your bank account. All customers outside the European Union are asked to order reasonably as the return will be impossible and economically unfounded because of formalities and possible duty fees.
Your privacy
All the personal data you enter during your visit in our shop are used only for realization of your orders. We do not share or sell the personal data of our customers to other companies or persons. As well, we do not share the database of our customers' e-mail addresses. The registered customer may be informed about changes in assortment, new offered products, newest promotions, etc - however we feel obliged to keep that information strictly connected with the our shop and products. In agreement with the Polish Personal Data Protection Law, registered users have the right to see, modify or remove their personal data records existing in our databases.
